Hi, I’m Holly, the foundation of meaningful therapy begins with a safe, trusting client-therapist relationship. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and hold advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support individuals in processing and healing from painful experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal and grow. In addition to trauma work, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I strive to help each person feel seen and supported as they move through the emotional waves of life.
